The Kings Bourbon

INGREDIENTS
1​2 oz Queen Orchard BASE, chilled
​1 ounce Bourbon
2 ounces Ginger Ale, chilled - I recommend finding a good Ginger Ale or even Ginger Beer...one that really has an evident taste of ginger.
Queen Orchard Pink Pearl slices for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine the cider and bourbon in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until very cold (if serving a crowd, combine these two ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  • Strain mixture into an ice filled glass and top with the chilled ginger ale. Stir gently.

  • Garnish with an apple slice and serve.

The Forbidden Fruit

INGREDIENTS
8 Oz Queen Orchard BASE
⅓ oz cranberry juice
2 oz. fireball
1 oz. grenadine
1/4 tsp. edible gold glitter
Ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker, then fill shaker with ice. Shake until contents are mixed and shaker is cold, about 30 seconds. Pour into glass and serve.

The Queens Squire

INGREDIENTS
8 Oz Queen Orchard BASE

1 1/2 c. whiskey, preferably Fireball
1/2 c. Caramel
3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish
8 apples
lemon juice, for brushing

DIRECTIONS

  • In a Crock-Pot, combine apple cider, whiskey, cinnamon sticks, and caramel. Cook on low until warmed through, about 2 to 3 hours.

  • Make apple cups: Slice off the top of each apple. Use an apple corer to remove the inside of the apple until you’re about 1/2" from the bottom of the apple. Squeeze lemon juice inside the apple cups to prevent apples from browning.

  • Ladle hot cider into apple cups. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, and serve immediately.

The Great English Halls

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. ice
8 Oz Queen Orchard BASE
2 oz. whiskey
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Apple slices, for garnish
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in glass and stir to combine. Serve.

Dragons Fire

INGREDIENTS
8 oz Queen Orchard BASE
​Ice
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. gold rum
½ c. Queen Orchard BASE
Mint, for garnish
Apple slices, for garnish
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Fill 2 glasses with ice. Add the juice of half a lemon to each glass. Divide the rum between the two glasses, then fill 3/4 of the way full with apple cider. Top each with a splash of seltzer and stir to combine. Garnish with mint, thyme, and a slice of apple.
